Aurora High School's varsity girls basketball squad (8-4 overall) dropped its fourth straight game to Gilmour Academy (14-1) 66-44 on Jan. 15 in a nonconference game.
Allison Howard and Maddie Gilley each had 13 points for the Greenmen, who led 27-25 at halftime, but ran out of gas in the second half.
The Greenmen take on Perry in a Chagrin Valley Conference Chagrin Division game Jan. 18 on the road. The locals beat Perry earlier in the season.
