The engagement of Laura Gram and Jason Downs, both of Dallas, is being announced. Their parents are Dave and Pat Gram of Aurora and Jeanne and Harland Downs of Dallas.
The bride-to-be graduated from Walsh Jesuit High School in 2000 and Ohio State University in 2005 with a bachelor of science in business administration degree in transportation and logistics. She works for Lennox International Inc. in Dallas.
Her fiance graduated from Allen High School in 1996 and Austin College in 2000. He works for AgustaWestland in Dallas.
The couple plans a wedding ceremony in mid-September in Malibu, Calif.
