The Solon Center for the Arts will have its first Chill n' Grill concert of the season June 19 at noon.
The event features entertainment and is sponsored by the Solon High School Drama Club under the direction of Kristina Ferencie.
This year, the SHS Drama Club's Chill n' Grill performers were chosen as the result of a Master Class conducted by actor/director/teacher Paul Gurgol.
Those attending can also purchase lunch, including hamburger, hotdog or chicken sandwich, with choice of chips and soda.
Lunch proceeds support the Solon High School Drama Club and its scholarship program.

Chill n' Grills continue every Friday through July 24 with a variety of entertainment including classical music, jazz and theater.
Due to the long holiday weekend, the old-fashioned summertime brass concert celebrating Independence Day will be July 2 for the patriotic holiday celebration because the Arts Center and City Hall will be closed July 3.
Returning sponsors for the 2009 season are Kurt Roscoe Communications, Cleveland State University, Kindrich McHugh Steinbauer Funeral Home and LPV Productions. A new sponsor this year is TLC Landscaping. Solon Center for the Arts is grateful for these sponsors and their support for the arts in Solon.
