Area True Value store

taken over by Mulhern

Twinsburg True Value on Ravenna Road is back with a new owner.

The hardware store had a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 19 to celebrate its reopening, according to new owner Dennis Mulhern.

He said his Windham True Value store had a partnership with the True Value franchise for about 10 years, which led the chain's corporate representatives to offer the Twinsburg True Value to him when the previous owner was unable to maintain ownership because of illness.

Mulhern said the previous owner is "happy" for him.

The Garrettsville resident said he took up the offer once he arrived at Twinsburg and saw the store's location for the first time.

"I fell in love with the city, and the location of the store is perfect," Mulhern said.

Industrial roundtable

slated in Streetsboro

Many arrive at work with a small "to do" list, and at the end of the day haven't accomplished a single thing on it.

People get bogged down with other questions and have to chase down the answers.

Perhaps the person with the solution the this challenge and others is attending the Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce's first industrial roundtable May 6 from 8 to 9:15 a.m. at Deluxe Business Services, 10030 Philipp Parkway.

The Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce will present international speaker Jeff Tobe with his signature presentation "Coloring Outside the Lines!" at the roundtable.

Reservations are required by May 1 at 330-626-4769.
