Impact weekend will return May 3 and 4. On May 3, everyone is invited to Stow-Kent Lanes at 12:30 p.m. for two hours of fun. Cost is $7 per person at the door.
That evening will be a family potluck dinner at 5, with everyone providing a side dish or dessert. A speaker and the praise band will be on hand.
The weekend will conclude May 4 with another message from a speaker during regular service times. Call the church office for details.
AWANA's closing ceremony will take place May 7. There will be devotionals, awards and worship with the praise band.
A mother-daughter luau will be May 9 at 7 p.m. Child care will be available. Call the church office to sign up.
The men of the church will offer their third annual oil change day for those needing an oil change for their vehicle. It is a free event. To volunteer, call the church at 330-562-8233.

VALLEY PRESBYTERIAN
The church's annual rummage sale to benefit the youth's mission trip to Pittsburgh House will be April 26 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and April 27 from noon to 2 p.m. A bake sale and food will be available on Saturday. For details, call 440-543-1071.
LAKEVIEW CHAPEL
The message April 27 is titled "I Don't Know How to Pray...How Did Jesus Pray?" The service starts at 10:45 a.m.
Recently, youths participated in an overnight stay at the church which included not eating for 30 hours. Participants raised money for children throughout the world in the 30-Hour Famine.
Adults and children's program are offered Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m. The nursery is open.
Lakeview hosts a Bible study for men on Thursdays at 7:30 a.m. at Starbucks.
OUR LADY CATHOLIC
The Jesus Day retreat for children making their first communion will be April 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A practice will take place after the retreat for those scheduled for group communion May 3. Practice for those who will make their first communion during a regular Mass with their families will be April 30.
In person registration for the PSR program starting in the fall will be May 18 after each Mass. Signup forms will be mailed to homes and sent home with children now enrolled in the program.
Forms are located on the bulletin board in the back of the church for vacation Bible school signups. VBS will be June 16 to 20.
The youth ministry's rummage sale will be July 11 and 12. Donations are welcome, and will be accepted beginning July 5.
Other coming events are: April 24 -- small faith community at 9:45 a.m., Spirited Seniors at noon and choir practice at 7:30 p.m.; April 27 -- RCIA session at 9:45 a.m. and children's liturgy of the word at 10:30 a.m.
HOPE COMMUNITY
Hope student ministries will host a film festival May 2 from 8 to 11 p.m.. Funny movies will be shown and refreshments will be provided.

On May 11, the church's community trails will reopen at 9825 Page Road in Streetsboro. Volunteers will clean up the site the morning before.
