Review standards go

to architecture board

At its Feb. 25 meeting, the architectural board of review received a draft of an analysis which may be utilized when members review various applications.

The draft is based on a zoning code section which provides the standards on which to base an approval or denial.

After a previous meeting with the law and planning-zoning-building directors, member Chris Holecek reported the board should prepare a precise record of its findings and reasons for approval or denial of an application.

Planning-Zoning-Building Director Rich Wehrenberg reported the sign code is being rewritten and input from ABR members is encouraged.

The board approved plans for additions for Chris Kimes, George Horvat and Network Technologies, signs for Home Instead Senior Care, Sketchers and Orchid Fashion Boutique and homes to be built by Classic Homes and Cobletz Homes.
