The David Greenberg & Chris Norman Duo, a musical tour de force comprised of two of the world's most dynamic and imaginative performers in traditional and early music, will present a special concert of music rooted in the Canadian maritime and Scottish traditions as part of the 2009-10 Chagrin Arts series.

The concert will be Dec. 6, at 4 p.m. at the United Methodist Church of Chagrin Falls, 20 South Franklin Street.

The performance will be followed by a festive "Pub Supper by the Fire" patron reception at South Franklin Circle.

Tickets are $75 to $25 and may be purchased by calling the Chagrin Foundation for Arts and Culture at 440-247-9700 or visiting www.chagrinfoundation.org.

Baroque violinist/fiddler David Greenberg and wooden flutist Chris Norman have been performing together for more than a decade on the concert stage and in recording studios.

Internationally recognized for their individual artistry on their respective instruments, as well as for their frequent collaborations, they are touring the United States with a holiday program of songs, reels, marches and airs from Cape Breton, Scotland and England.

In their only Northeast Ohio appearance, Greenberg and Norman will perform on flutes, bagpipes, violin, octave fiddle and voice.
