by Advocate Staffers With Painesville Harvey entering the Chagrin Valley Conference this year, it will be in the Chagrin Division with Aurora in some sports, including football. Harvey replaces Beachwood on the schedule for football. The Greenmen will play the Red Raiders on Oct. 23, the next to last regular season date. Harvey previously was in the Northeast Athletic Conference, where the CVC's Grand Valley will move. In some of the other sports, Harvey will take GV's spot in the Valley Division. For football, the Chagrin Division will consist of Aurora, Chagrin Falls, Kenston, Orange, Perry, Harvey, West Geauga and Wickliffe. Eight games will be on Friday nights, with two on Thursdays -- Sept. 17 at home against Chagrin Falls and Oct. 15 at Perry. The latter will be a Fox Sports Net game of the week. + + + Three local golfers finished the 72-hole Northeast Ohio Amateur Invitational on June 29.
