Vitaly I. Kuchuk, 43, of Aurora was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated Oct. 31, 2007 in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court.
He was sentenced to 10 days in the multiple offenders program. His driver's license was suspended for 18 months with occupational privileges. Total fines were $570. He was charged by Twinsburg police on Oct. 16, 2007.
Lisa A. Desjardins, 30, of Aurora was found guilty of illegal blood alcohol content Nov. 26, 2007 in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court.
She was sentenced to six days in Glenwood jail. Her driver's license was suspended for six months with occupational privileges. Total fines were $560. She was charged by the Summit County Sheriff's Department on Oct. 23, 2007.
