by Miles Jung-Kilbreath Streetsboro -- The School Board's choice for the district's new superintendent "has accepted our offer" and is expected to be hired April 24, said Board President Kevin Grimm, who would not reveal who the new head is. The Board will meet at 7 p.m. at Henry Defer Intermediate School to vote on hiring the candidate. Grimm said the "public is welcome to come" to meet the new superintendent. Linda Keller, Hudson City Schools' director of pupil personnel services, and Thomas Robey, Campbell City Schools District's superintendent, both had second round interviews, while four other candidates had first-round interviews.
