Michael T. Schmida, 24, of Aurora, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated Aug. 21, 2007, in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court. He was sentenced to three days in a driver's intervention program. His license was suspended for six months with occupational privileges. Total fines were $510. He was charged by Reminderville police July 16, 2007. Jeffrey J. Machesky, 30, of Aurora, was found guilty of driving with an illegal blood alcohol content Oct. 5, 2007. He was sentenced to three days DIP. His license was suspended for six months with occupational privileges. Total fines were $585. He was charged by Twinsburg police July 20, 2007. Comments
