Here are actions taken by Aurora City Council at its March 27 meeting:
Purchase a 2017 Ford F-150 pickup truck from Liberty Ford ($21,295 after $6,000 trade-in allowance) for use by the planning-zoning-building department.
Contract with VASU Communications ($80,891) for portable radios for use by fire department employees ($74,000 from the capital improvement fund and additional appropriation of $6,891 from the capital improvement fund).
Contract with Easy Sign ($13,020) for new city entrance signs.
Conditional zoning certificate to Liberty Investment Group for an automotive sales and service center at Squires Road and Route 43.
Development plan for Liberty Ford at Squires Road and Route 43.
Contract with Rush Truck Centers ($77,833) through the state cooperative purchasing program for an International truck cab and chassis.
Purchase of two 2017 Ford F-150 pickup trucks from Park Ford ($54,138) for use by the service department.
Written recommendations of the Tax Incentive Review Council.
