APPROVED

Purchase of a Cot Loading System from Stryke EMS Equipment ($26,282) for installation in an ambulance that is currently being built.

Contract with GPD Group ($24,250) for engineering services for the front parking lot design at the Hartman property on Townline Road.

Tax abatement for Piping Rock Health Products LLC for a 100 percent, 15-year abatement of real property taxes.

Tax abatement for Gatta Holdings Inc. for a 100 percent, 15-year abatement of real property taxes.

Contract with Baker Vehicle Systems ($36,753) through the state cooperative purchasing program for purchase of a Ventrac 4500 tractor with attachments.

Contract with Baker Vehicle Systems ($12,267) through the state cooperative purchasing program for purchase of a Hustler Super Z zero-turn mower.

Contract with Right Stuff Software ($30,900) over a three-year period for purchase and maintenance of a web-based scheduling software system for the police department.

Contract with WSOS Community Action Commission ($3,934) to provie GIS services for the city.

Amendment to Section 935.01 "Exemption Level" of the city ordinances.

Final plat for Hawthorn of Aurora Phase 5 on the south side of Aurora Lake Road and west of Route 43 in a planned development zoning district.

Amendment to Section 1159.03(a)(3) "Enforcement" of the city ordinances which deals with the review process for any variance granted for a sign within 250 feet of a designated historic district or T-1 zoned district.

Amendment to Section 1159.04(e) "General Requirements-Electronic Display signs" of the city ordinances dealing with permitted areas for electronic display signs.

Amend "employees generally" ordinance of the city to reflect changes in compensation for city workers Devins and Holzman.

 

TO THIRD READING

Amendment to Section 935.01 "Exemption Level" of the city ordinances.

Agreement with Hawthorn of Aurora and the Constan Development Co. for dedication to the city for public use of a portion of Aurora Lake Road.
