Safety Town, fun day set in Reminderville

Safety Town is planned this summer from June 16-20 in Reminderville at Ray Williams Park pavilion, and the deadline for signing up is May 30.
The program is for children entering kindergarten in the fall. It  teaches children how to be safe at home, school, and play.
Youths are instructed about pedestrian, school bus, fire, water seatbelt poison  and drug safety.
Activities include a visit to the fire station, police station and a ride on a school bus to Wilcox Elementary School.  
Registration forms are are available online and at Village Hall, which is oplen weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There is no fee for Reminderville residents, and non-residents must contact Stacey Task to see if space is available.Non-resident fee is $25.

Meanwhile, Remind-erville Family Fun Day will be June 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the police station on Glenwood Boulevard. Many interesting activities are planned.
