Senior housing planned in Reminderville

Reminderville — Seniors in the village may see new residence opportunities in the coming years with the development of a three-story senior living apartment complex, which is expected to break ground later this year.
Village Council voted unanimously March 25 to approve the complex’s site plan. The 55-and-older apartment complex on Kendal Lane will have 95 units, with 91 two-bedroom units and four one-bedroom units, according to village engineer Terry Bowlin.
The building, projected to be around 101,000 square feetwill be constructed by Williamsville, N.Y.-based conClover Group in partnership with Willoughby-Hills engineering company Polaris Engineering and Survey.
Village Council president Mario Molina said he and Council are satisfied with the site plans and look forward to the new housing.
