Lambacher to retire, Goodwin to head Aurora's Leighton School

Dana Lambacher, principal at Leighton School, will retire at the end of the school year. Her position will be taken by current Harmon School Assistant Principal Paul Goodwin.
On March 17, the Aurora Board of Education accepted Lambacher’s resignation and hired Goodwin. Lambacher’s last day will be July 31, which is when Goodwin will begin his new job. A successor to Goodwin has not yet been named.
Lambacher’s current salary is $87,652, while Goodwin’s salary will be $89,386 when he takes over at Leighton, according to Treasurer Bill Volosin.
