Aurora -- Although construction at Aurora High School could reduce parking, Parks-Recreation Director Jim Kraus doesn't think it will deter residents from enjoying July 4 festivities.
The access road from West Pioneer Trail to the teacher parking lot behind AHS is blocked off. The lot in front of the school has been torn up and will be unavailable.
But Kraus said plenty of parking still will be available, although "people might have to walk a little further than they're used to."
