COLUMBUS -- The Ohio Senate approved legislation Wednesday that would ban the most commonly used abortion procedure for women in the second trimester of pregnancy.
Senate Bill 145 passed on a vote of 24-9, with Democrats opposing, and heads to the Ohio House for further consideration.
