Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company return to northeast Ohio to perform a mixed repertoire matinee performance including their Ohio debut of Analogy/Dora: Tramontane on Oct. 9 at 3 p.m. at The University of Akron's E.J. Thomas Hall.

The performance is presented by DANCECleveland in collaboration with The University of Akron's Dance Program and continues their 11 year partnership.

Tickets are available at www.DANCECleveland.org or by calling 330-972-7570. Until October 7, tickets can also be purchased in person at The Akron Civic Theatre box office, at 182 S. Main St. in Akron.

The Akron performance at E.J. Thomas Hall will feature, Analogy/Dora: Tramontane, a remarkable work that blends theater and dance together on stage for an extraordinarily powerful and touching performance. Through modern choreography, Bill T. Jones tells the story of his 95 year-old mother-in-law, Dora Amelan, a young Jewish nurse who strived to save lives during World War II and gives a unique perspective on the subjects of struggle, perseverance and the power within ourselves.
