Matthew Rondini, a film major from Aurora, is one of 41 top performing juniors and seniors in Baldwin-Wallace University's communication arts and sciences department this year to earn induction into the National Communication Association's Lambda Pi Eta honor society.

With chapters in four-year universities and colleges across the nation, LPH requires members to have at least a 3.25 GPA in their communication major(s), a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, a rank in the top 35 percent of their class in general scholarship, and good academic and behavioral standing at B-W.

Students are rewarded for their high achievements with several benefits ranging from the opportunity to partake in teleconferences discussing topics such as career development, the chance to represent their local chapter at conventions, and the ability to submit papers for potential publication in LPH's annual journal.
