A community awareness program titled "Hidden in Plain Sight: What Every Parent Needs to Know Now" has been rescheduled for April 7 at 7 p.m. at Aurora High School. It was postponed because of recent severe winter weather.
The program includes an interactive traveling exhibit created by the Bath and Copley police department. The teen bedroom exhibit contains 150-plus items which may indicate risky teen behavior. A PowerPoint presentation and discussion will follow.
Topics will include substance abuse, violence, eating disorders, juvenile crime, technology and risky games and challenges.
For more information, call Aurora schools' resource officers Michelle Ice or Chris Reiter at 330-954-2496.
