Grade level winners in the recent boxtop collection contest are:
Lauren Barker, preschool (1,029 boxtops); Melissa Buettin, kindergarten (2,170); Jessika Gonzalez, first grade (1,378); Karen Cantelmi, second grade (2,000); third grade, Jennifer Bindus (2,667); Stacey Gareau, fourth grade (2,743); and Paula Will, fifth grade (2,784).
An ice cream party will be scheduled for the winning classrooms.
Staff members Kim Armbrecht and Jodi Roscoe recently received "books for summer reading" grants from the Aurora Schools Foundation, while Lisa Leone received a grant for materials for math.
The PTO's Malley's candy sale runs through Feb. 28, and paper order forms must be returned to school by March 1. Online orders are accepted until March 25.

Craddock's book fair is March 4-8 with the theme "Story laboratory, reading gives you super powers." Volunteers are needed to set up March 1 and for family shopping hours March 6 from 4 to 7 p.m. Email Kim Gallucci at kgallucci@windstream.net.
