Disorderly conduct: A Cleveland woman was issued a summons June 28 for disorderly conduct after being argumentative while talking with officers on South Chillicothe Road.

Debit card found: A man turned in a debit card he found June 27 on Aurora-Hudson Road. The issuing bank was contacted and reported the card already was cancelled. It was destroyed at the request of the issuing bank.

Open gate, door: An officer discovered an open gate and door June 27 at a property on North Aurora Road. The area was checked and nothing suspicious was found, and the gate and door were secured.

Noise complaints: A person reported June 28 at 11:10 p.m. that loud music was coming from a clubhouse on North Aurora Road. Upon arrival, an officer found the volume was lowered and the activities were winding down.

On June 29, a Fairview Avenue caller reported someone was playing drums at 1:10 a.m. in a house across the street. All was quiet upon an officer's arrival.

On June 29, an Orchard Avenue caller reported noisy juveniles playing basketball nearby at 9:25 p.m. The group was warned and agreed to quiet for the night.

Argument: An East Boulevard caller reported June 30 hearing a woman screaming nearby. Officers found it was a verbal argument between neighbors. No charges were filed.

Barking dog: A Thornhill Drive resident reported June 30 dogs constantly barking. All was quiet upon an officer's arrival. On July 2, the dogs were reported barking again. An officer contacted the owner, who brought the dogs into the house.

Harassment: A Concords Downs man reported July 1 receiving harassing phone calls and texts from a family member. He was advised it was a civil matter and to ignore the calls and texts.

Animal complaint: A North Pine Court resident reported July 2 seeing a large animal possibly living under the deck of a vacant house. An officer could not locate the animal.

TRAFFIC-RELATED CASES

DUI citation: A Bedford man was cited for driving under the influence June 26 on North Aurora Road. He was released on a personal bond. His passenger, a Garrettsville woman, was given a summons for having an open container of alcohol.

Forced off road: A Novelty man was taken to the Cleveland Clinic in Twinsburg on June 29 after police said he was driving south on Route 306 when a northbound vehicle cross the center line, causing the Novelty man to lose control and go off the road.

Rear-end crash: A Twinsburg man was cited June 27 for assured clear distance after he struck a Cuyahoga Falls man from behind on East Garfield Road. The Cuyahoga Falls man was treated at the scene by Aurora paramedics.

Hit-skip mishap: An Aurora man reported June 30 that when he returned to his vehicle June 30 in a lot on South Chillicothe Road, a fender apparently was damaged by a hit-skip driver.

Rear-end crash: An Aurora female juvenile was cited for assured clear distance June 28 after she struck a Chesterland woman's vehicle from behind on Route 306. No injuries resulted.

Lot crash: An Aurora woman and an Aurora man were backing out of parking spaces at Aurora Commons on June 26 and collided. No injuries resulted.
