Ronelle Hood Published:

Jennifer Hood of Aurora won first place in the Artistic Free Skate 1 – 6 event at the Kent Skating for Skills 2013 competition on March 2nd and 3rd. Jennifer won with her snow-white routine, placing first over 7 other competitors. This is Jennifer’s third consecutive first place win in the artistic event. She won first place in the same category at the Brooklyn Autumn Skills Competition on November 17, 2012 and the Strongsville Spring Fling Invitational on April 22, 2012. Jennifer also skates in other events, but likes the artistic category the best.

Jennifer is a member of the Chagrin Valley Figure Skating Club and skates at The Pond in Auburn Township. Jennifer’s coach is Lori Rapposelli who she’s been training with for the past 4 years. Jennifer plans to skate at the Strongsville Spring Fling Invitational Competition on April 13th and 14th with a new artistic routine.
